Terms of Service

2.1 Permission is granted to temporarily access ToolsChef for personal and commercial use.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes without proper subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

2.2 Fair Use Policy

• Free users: 100 tool uses per day
• Pro users: 1,000 tool uses per day
• Enterprise users: Unlimited usage

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may maintain no more than one account

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free: Basic tools with usage limits
• Pro ($9.99/month): All tools, higher limits, priority support
• Enterprise ($2,999/month): White-label, unlimited usage, SLA

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service
